Yes, you can! Follow the instructions below to wash your removable pet bed cover.
Step 1: Remove the foam or shredded foam cushion insert from the bed cover as these pieces cannot be washed. For beds with a polyester-filled bolster, keep the polyester inside the bolster.
Step 2: For best results, machine wash in a large capacity washer on gentle cycle using cold water, with low suds detergent.
Step 3: Lay flat or line dry. Shake to re-fluff bolster and zip foam back into the cover.

Yes. We do not store credit cards, and the shopping cart has a secured server license for your protection.

Once your order is placed, you cannot modify it, but you can return the item if you wish. See “How do I make a return?” below.

We ship with FedEx and offer flat rate shipping fees.

No, right now we only ship within the continental United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. A charge from nVision Marketing, the parent company for NVMPet.com, will show up on your account.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of purchase. The product must be in original packaging and is subject to 10% restocking fee. You can either exchange the bed for another or request a refund for the product(s). Refunds are still subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Your pets comfort and safety are our top priority so we encourage you to inspect your pet bed regularly for tears, holes, loose threads or filling protrusion. Like human bedding, the materials used to construct our pet beds are not intended for ingestion. If the bed becomes damaged or torn in any way, please discontinue use and dispose immediately.
If your pet ingests any of the materials, seek veterinary attention.
